Updated the report options to include a few more choices and fixed it up and the description. Also made it use our UI transition system.

Added a section to the rules called Basic Standards, it's more about how users present themselves over the content posted like the rules listing what you cannot do.

Added a max meta tag download size to our robot so that hopefully a large memory request cant happen anymore.

Fixed double dash conversation to large dash on mobile by turning it back during complex formatting process. This fixes being able to do spoiler tag on mobile devices.

Added new menu items for "What's New", "Report Bugs", and it is now in a box along with "Rules & Guides" to make it easer to see.

Removed Facebook and WhatsApp sharing options.

Updated name of Help menu to be "Rules and Guides".

Updated the spoilers tag to now also be used for sensitive content, it now shows a warning icon and has the title "Reveal Spoilers Or Sensitive Content". You can use it by surrounding any content you want to label as such in 4 dashes on each end. Remember to use spaces between the content and the dashes like our other formatting rules.

I changed the hidden docs café alias that's used to render the help pages, a push is being made now to fix the help page and articles now.

We are no longer going to use this café to post large news items, you can follow the main account for larger updates and changes @hey.
