A big update

We are working on a self hosted version and to do this we have been working on so many smaller and more important core changes. * Inputs now use a standard text area and are way faster due to not using fancy inline elements for tags. * Now when you type in a mention, cafe or emoji tag it will give suggestions below the input box as a scrolling list. * On mobile tap of input bring the header and elements with your view. * Performance fixes everywhere. * Now when you loose connection during the background update it will automatically make the timeout longer and also delay the next fetch by 8 seconds. * New staff and moderator website. * Chat now only fetches 15 chats at a time and don't render last message to improve performance. * Chats now show the users inside by tag like other areas of the site. This and so much more has been done and is now live!
