Wow a bunch of new updates

Lots of improvements for tagging cafés, links and more render related items. * 🏷 Links for hashtags like #iamnotreal will still render and work but go to a page that allows you to create that café. * 👩🏽‍💻 Can now see the Hey.Café app source code over at the link below. * 🖇 Links now render before meta generation fixing a few bugs. * 🐞 Fixed a few render bugs with the formatting system. * 💪 Expanded and broke out a bunch of our source functions to not rely on the core system.
