Convert stars to beans

Few smaller updates today but yes the title is true! * Can turn stars directly into beans * Comments under 120 characters are free * Links now count as 40 characters We have added a bunch of calls to our API to expand and add new features like global search next, it's ready we just need to finish the front end for it all.
