Bug fixes and threaded comments

Small update this time but it comes with a lot of bug fixes. * 🧵 Comments are now threaded! * ✍️ The new conversation and comment editor now gives you suggestions on café tags, account tags and emoji lookup. For emojis type in : and start typing to get the suggestions. * 🐞 Lots of small bug fixes.
